AYC J/22 Fleet Home Page
Welcome to the new Fleet Home page on the Austin Yacht Club website. The page is pretty basic at this time and may stay that way depending on the author's time to do more work on it! The primary purpose of this web page is to let you know that YES, there is a J/22 fleet at AYC! The page also provides links to various J/22 related sites, including the Southwest District Home page where you can find circuit regatta schedules and results.

Fleet News
The Austin Yacht Club J/22 Fleet is active and growing! The J/22 is often described as 'the perfect boat for this lake'. It is easy to trailer, launch, and sail, and there is a very active circuit in Texas for those who want to compete at the next level.
Several J/22 owners made their boats available this past October for a Women's Match Racing Clinic at AYC. The clinic was well attended and drew a lot of interest in the J/22. A total of 8 boats were available and 6 sailed in the clinic.
The 2006 AYC Frostbite series was kicked off on Saturday, January 21 with 4 J/22's participating.
