- Early Registration opens: Friday, March 1, 2019
- Closes: Thursday, April 4, 2019 23:59 CDT (Late Registration +$15 after this time)
- (Shirts and Race Packets will be available to pickup Friday April 5 18:00-20:00 and Saturday 07:00-09:00)
- Regatta Events:
- Friday, April 5, 2019 18:00-20:00 Welcoming, Late Registration, Happy Hour, Music
- Saturday, April 6, 2019 07:00 – 9:00 in AYC Clubhouse: Breakfast, Late Registration and Check-in.
- 09:30 AYC Clubhouse: Competitor’s Briefing / Skipper’s Meeting
- 10:30: Scheduled first warning signal for the first race, all lines. No warning signal after 16:00 Saturday.
- 18:00: BBQ Dinner and Entertainment at AYC Clubhhouse
- Sunday, April 7, 2019 07:00 – 08:30 AYC Clubhouse Breakfast
- 09:30: Scheduled first warning signal for the first race, all lines.
- No warning signal after 13:00 Sunday.
- After completion of all races, Lunch and Trophy Presentation in AYC Clubhouse.
