The best news for all of us is that the clubhouse is open for events , meetings and holiday parties that have approved FURs. Come volunteer to decorate for the season.
The AYC banquet this year held at the Oasis on Saturday evening December 4th.“The Plush Party Band” played at the banquet in 2019 and were so well received we booked them immediately at that time for this year! The perpetual awards, given to those members who made contributions at the club this year will be awarded during this banquet. I am so happy we can finally have a holiday gathering for all of us, with my personal theme, “less talk, more dancing”.

The AYC Annual Meeting will be held November 18th at 7:00 PM at the clubhouse. This meeting mixes business with pleasure. The agenda for the meeting will consist of regular AYC business, the summation of board reports, staff reports, special group reports, and the election of next year’s board members. After the business part of the Annual Meeting, it will be a time for recognition and celebration of the many, many volunteers who pitched in at the club this year and made it a success. Hope you can all attend these fun events this fall.
