Request For Event Facility Use

Please check the AYC calendar before submitting your FUR. If there are potential conflicts, contact gm@austinyachtclub.net. Please be sure to complete all sections of this form. FURs will be reviewed for approval at the next regularly scheduled board meeting (4th Thursday of each month). Please note that any FUR submitted more than 6 months prior to the requested date or that is submitted for the following calendar year may be deferred by the Board for consideration at a later date.
