I want to personally thank all of you who came to the Town Hall meetings in October. Both nights had good but different conversations and yet the results were somewhat the similar.

My take on the top 10 rankings is that those attending the meeting see the Sailing/Program Director overseeing the Junior program. There was support for the coaches, summer camp, Opti sailing, High School program and encouraging participates to progress through these different levels. Next, I observed there is an interest for the director to support the adult program with the Introduction to Sailing clinic and monthly seminars. Both nights’ responses wanted better membership communication.
As we move forward in the search for a Sailing/Program Director, we will keep these thoughts clearly in mind.
