Easter Laser Regatta

America’s Favorite Regatta!! Welcoming Laser’s of all rigs and even Aeros to enjoy sailing with one another for a couple of days on Lake Travis. The AYC Easter Laser Regatta welcomes boats from around the USA to race and play in our excellent winds at Lake Travis. We’ll have as many races as we can get in in two days of sailing. We’ll start with a welcoming event, skipper’s information meeting, and party on Friday evening (AYC Zoom if conditions still require). Questions? Ask Fred. More information here: Easter.htm.
Members: 25 Fee: $40.00, Non-Members: 20 NM-Fee: $40.00
Non-AYC Boats: 10 Total Boats: 40 Classes: Laser and Aero (other centerboards if requested)
Gate Open: Yes Time: 08:00 am
Comments: Regatta provides breakfast Sat/Sun (fruit and yogurt and granola bars) which we can distribute under clubhouse if clubhouse is still closed.
Race committee needs: starting boat, chase boat, perhaps a second chase boat (along with three drivers and two mark-pullers) and triangle course marks.
Recognition of all winners and participants on Sunday afternoon in a safe awards and photo-shoot experience.
